Credit Snitch LLC operates exclusively as a B2B vendor. We do not originate loans, solicit or process mortgage applications, underwrite credit, quote rates, negotiate loan terms, or provide legal, tax, or investment advice. We do not act as a lender, mortgage broker, loan originator, or financial advisor, nor do we make credit decisions or furnish consumer reports.

When applicable, Credit Snitch LLC delivers permission based consumer leads to approved partners, including CrossCountry Mortgage. All regulated financial services are performed solely by the appropriately licensed partner in accordance with applicable laws and internal compliance policies.

Our role is intentionally defined and narrowly scoped: to serve as a trusted marketing and lead generation partner, supporting growth without crossing into regulated financial activity. Credit Snitch LLC is a marketing and consumer engagement company and does not provide consumer financial products or regulated financial services.
